Terms of Order
When you place your order online, you will receive "Confirmation email" to your email address. Please reconfirm the content of your order, the shipping charge and the total amount of payment on the email. Then please CLICK ON "Confirm URL" TO COMPLETE your order. As a basic rule, after you verify "Confirm URL", any changes or cancellations or additional orders will NOT be accepted. In the case of out of stock items, we will inform you by emailing.

Shipping
The items will be shipped as soon as we confirm your payment. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to receive. No weekend delivery, No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. Signature upon delivery will be required for all the shipments.The shipping charge changes according to your resident area (country). Check "Shipping Rates"

Payment
We take only credit cards (VISA / MASTER / NICOS / JCB / AMEX) for international shipping. No exceptions. We cannot also accept any payment of the installment plan. We use Secure Socket Layer(SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Return Policies
When you receive your item(s), please check them immediately.We are unable to exchange or accept return item(s) when it is NOT result of our error. We will pay return shipping costs if the item(s) is defective or the return is a result of our error. Make sure item(s) is unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise sold by our online store GRV1788 when returning. PLEASE SEND US EMAIL TO order-e@groovisions.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO INFROM BEFORE YOU SEND BACK. After receiving your email, we will guide you the way of returning. Beware that you will need the original sales receipt that includes your purchased item(s) returning. We CANNOT accept returns of certain items, such as;
1)Any item that is returned without sending us an email within 7 days after delivery.
2)Any item that has obvious signs of use.
3)Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
