You will receive "Confirmation mail", after you placed your order.
In this mail, you have to recomfirm the content of your order, shipping charge and the total amuont of payment.
You will need your e-mail address to receive this "Confirmation mail".

If you agree to the content of "Confirmation mail",
then please click the "Confirm URL"(make sure you keep accessing the Internet).
For your order to complete, you MUST follow the above procedures.

Every time you order, the shipping charge will be added. The shipping charge changes according to your resident area (country). see "Shipping Rates"

Please beware that pictures and illustrations on our web page may look slightly different in colour to the real products.

As a basic rule, after you click the "Confirm URL", any changes or cancellation or additional orders will NOT be accepted.

We will confirm the stock after receiving your order, so in the case of "Out of Stock" , we will inform you by sending an e-mail.

We use Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

We would only accept the payment by CREDIT CARD (VISA / MASTER / NICOS / JCB / AMEX).
No Exceptions.
we cannot accept any payment of the installment plan.

The goods will be shipped as soon as we confirmed your payment.
Please allow us 2-3 weeks to arrive.

No weekend delivery, No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Signature upon delivery will be required for all the shipments.

10.
When your goods arrived, please check the items.
We would only accpect the items to return with return shipping cost if it is a result of our error. (That is in the case if you receive a damaged or incorrect item). Make sure these are Unwashed, Unworn, or Defective merchandise sold by our online store GRV1788 when returning. PLEASE SEND US EMAIL TO order-e@groovisions.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY to inform.
Then, we wiil give you the datails how to return. Beware that you will need Original Sales Receipt (which will be included with purchased item).
Please note that we are unable to exchange or accept return items if it is NOT result of our error.

11.
We CANNOT accept returns of certain items, such as;
1)Any item that is returned without sending us an email within7 days after delivery.
(we can track down to see when your goods are arrived)
2)Any item that has obvious signs of use.
3)Any item that is not in its orignal condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
